the Magic Council Wand Dialing Connection Line. Council Connect, MCWDCL, or just WDCL is a wands number that can be called. It connects you to a board that knows weather the member of the magic council is available or not. It also lets the aforementioned member know what the call is about and all information about the caller. If approved, the call is forwarded to their wand for transmission. The members always keep logs of all calls received through the service. Any threats or hate will be severely dealt with.
