It is mandatory that all applications accessing the magical web be must be coded in C, C++, and/or Python.
With express written permission on a signed document signed by 2/5 members of the Magic Council, perl may be used in a small application. Under no circumstances are either Objective C or VisualBasic to be used.
All applications in general must pass inspection by the magic council or whomever they delegate to do such work.
