here is the letter

Dear Ingrid Law,

I just finished reading your book “Scumble”.  My favorite character in your book was Uncle Autry.  He was my favorite character because he can control spiders and bugs.  I think this is really cool.  He used his savvy all throughout the story.  An example would be how the fly followed Ledger all around. 

I really enjoyed the part of the book where Ledger knocked on Sarah Jane’s window with nails.  I would never want to have Ledger’s powers because they relate to his emotions, in fact all savvy’s do. 

One part of the book which I was very interested in was when the ranch almost got foreclosed by Mr. Cabot.  But then Marisol and Mesquite found gold and saved the day.  Since Autry said to Ledger, Eva Mae is not real, what gold did they find?  This became confusing to me?

Another character in the book was Samson.  He could disappear.  Ledger hardly ever saw him, he was always a shadow.  Samson would pop in and out all the time.  But Ms. Law, I’m wondering how Samson gave Grandpa Bamba the strength to move the land to create more river to circulate the ranch?

The one thing in the end I would change about the ending is that Sarah Jane never gave Ledger a kiss.  She sent him a note saying the next time they met up she would kiss him.  But when she saw him she didn’t kiss him.  I would have the two of them kiss in the very end.

I hope that you write a third book about peoples’ savvys.  I really enjoy stories about special powers and stuff having to do with magic.  Have you ever seen the TV show “No Ordinary Family?”  This show reminds me of your books.  All the members of this one family have some sort of unique and out of the ordinary power.  You would like the show!

It was a rainy day at the navy patrol unit. It was Name Luck, Hair Lea, and Wiss Sheel’s 1^st day. The worst Russians had recruited Name and Hair Russian villains kept finding weak spots. Wiss, the cop started investigating wiss the cop saw the 2 traitors with navy self district codes Wiss folowed them and saw the Russian general Lock-beard with the codes and issued a red alarm 1 hour later 2000 navy officers were fighting the top 10 Russian generals U. S. A. lost. 12 weeks later U. S. A. men and women were freed by name and hair. After 30 years later U. S. A. won and defeated Russia And destroyed the invincible suits the 10 Russian leaders used. 3 yrs. Later all the invincible laser adomantium suits were destroyed and ½ of Russia exploded!

Today is Mission day in school. It is a really really fun. During Mission day: I got my nails painted in the color green and got my hair done. I also went around with my friend Joe.

During the day one of the thigs to do is enter raffles.  I spent most of my money on this.  There are over 50 things you can enter to win.  I entered for three different supersoakers, a bakugan battleback, a villanova shirt and hat, and phillies tickets.  One of the soakers had a towel with it.  My dad just told me that my mom called and said that I won the supersoaker with the towel and the bakugan set (6 of them.) I already have 1 of them but the rest are new, I think,

The cool part is that my sister entered for me and I helped her also.  She won the Hanna Montana cd player and some High School Musical thing.  I wonder if she will be writing about this on http://blogginggirl.com
