Stone ritual

A stone ritual is a special ritual performed with a stone painted in a specific magic way. It is then subject to a short ritual of the hands before it contains magic which it can automatically use to perform it's intended function. Usually many are used together in a specific shape such as an eight pointed star or a square/rectangle

defense/force field ritual: index fingers in x pointing straight up, separate them so that they are separate pointing straight up, lift arms slightly, move index fingers to horizontal pointing at stone, say spell, point index fingers towards each other so that they touch barely, pull apart

high stone ritual: put stone between palms of hands at right angles, turn hands to they are both facing out, turn so they face away from the body, say spell, say incantation for specific ritual, lay stone into a circle by facing palms up so thumbs and index fingers form v above stone, recite spell and incantation again, clasp hands so fingers intertwine with thumbs pointed in, put hands together again with palms up, hold hands together with fingers, circle clockwise then counter clockwise, hands horizontal so that middle fingers touch, both pointing inwards, pull apart thinking about the target of the spell if one
