Official Spell Book

All spell books must be approved by the Magic Council, but, even if they are, it does not mean that they are official.

The only official spell book available to you, right now, is the Glossary. According to Section 12 of the Magic Code, a spell is added to the official spell book if 4/5 of the magic council (or the head, energy) agree, the new spell is added to the official spell book. The official spell book is ordered alphabetically, with proposed new spells at the end. It is constantly updated, so check it often.
